My name is Natalie and I am a professional accredited Health Psychologist, Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a private practice in Hitchin and Stevenage. I provide a safe and confidential space for couples and individuals to talk and explore their thoughts and feelings without being judged. Alongside face to face counselling and psychotherapy I also provide therapy sessions via Skype and in groups.

 

There are many different reasons why people may seek counselling and psychotherapy. These can be long-standing problems or recent problems. I offer both long and short term therapy using an integrative approach which allows for different therapeutic approaches to be used in ways which best suit client needs.

 

I have experience of working with clients in a number of areas and specialise in addictions.
